ForSaleByOwner.com – The granddaddy of FSBO sites. Their slogan: ‘Save thousands, be seen by millions!’ For Sale By Owner has helped thousands of customers sell their homes FSBO, saving more than $1 billion in commissions since 1999. This is a paid listing site, but the fees are very low.
Trulia – another big real estate website that allows for free basic listings of property with additional options for further promotions on their website. Loads of buyers look for homes here, so this is another must-list site.
